If you're a banker, then we have materials and ideas that you might find useful at your bank. As long as your bank isn't a direct competitor (we'll be the judge), we'll be glad to share information on programs, projects or ideas that have worked for us.

	We've made it easy for new customers to switch to our bank ($150) Our research uncovered a need to make it easy for disgruntled "big bank" customers to move their accounts. Here's our answer: The "Easy Switch Kit".
	Quality Customer Service ($95) This is the program manual every employee of the bank follows to ensure we deliver quality service.
