With PRIMEaccess, a line of preferred credit, you can borrow against the equity in your home, simply by using your PRIMEaccess equity card or writing a PRIMEaccess check. You will find our rates competitive and once youve written a PRIMEaccess check,
you will receive monthly statements of your account for easy repayment. Depending upon your situation, the interest paid on PRIMEaccess may be tax deductible. We suggest you consult your tax advisor.
In addition to PRIMEaccess, we offer the option of a second mortgage from The Palmetto Bank that lets you borrow money against the equity for your home. A second mortgage is a simple interest loan with fixes rates and payments over a set period of time.
