Portrait of Ned StaffordUPSTATE, SC – Andy Douglas, president and chief retail officer of The Palmetto Bank, has announced that E. Ned Stafford, Jr., has joined the Bank as a mortgage originator, York County.

E. Ned Stafford, Jr., a graduate of the University of South Carolina, has 39 years of mortgage banking experience. Stafford will handle mortgage services for York County.

Active in his community, Stafford currently serves on the board of directors of Upper Palmetto Chapter of the American Red Cross and is a member of the Rock Hill Rotary Club.
