UPSTATE, SC – Andy Douglas, president and chief retail officer of The Palmetto Bank, has announced that Christopher R. Byrne has joined the Bank as vice president, commercial lender, Spartanburg County.
Christopher R. Byrne, is a Clemson University graduate with 17 years experience in commercial lending and business development.
