The Palmetto Bank does not charge a fee to download The Palmetto Bank Mobile Banking App. Clients that use the Mobile Deposit feature in the The Palmetto Bank Mobile Banking App will be assessed a Mobile Deposit Fee of $0.50 per deposit. Your mobile provider may impose data usage or text message charges for your interaction with Mobile Banking. Check with your carrier for specific fees and charges.

How to Enroll in Mobile Banking?
- Log in to Online Banking
- Click the “Other Services” tab
- Click on the “Mobile Banking” link
- Carefully read and accept Mobile Banking terms and conditions
- Enter and enroll mobile banking credentials:
- Choose Your Username (8 to 20 characters long, allows letters and numbers and is not case sensitive)
- Choose Your PIN (8 to 12 characters long, allows letters, numbers, special characters and is case sensitive)
- Confirm PIN
To use The Palmetto Bank Mobile Banking app, you must first have a personal Palmetto Bank account and enroll in Online Banking.
To create your unique mobile banking login and password, simply log in to online banking, click on Other Services, Mobile Banking to enroll.
